The Role:
As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for managing and building a desk in your specific niche market. Joining an established team, this will likely to be a warm desk, where you will be given specific clients and areas to work. You will need to be self-motivated and able to manage your own time as it will be up to you to find your own business and candidates.

We are also looking for consultants to come in and set up new desks, where you will be responsible for developing and building the division. All sectors will be considered i.e. IT, Legal, Oil & Gas ect.

In order to get up and running as quickly as possible, you will be put through a structured training programme. A typical day will consist of;
•Cold calling to win new business
•Writing adverts
•Screening CV’s
•Interviewing candidates
•Marketing plans
•Negotiating terms of business
•Maintain successful client relationships
•Hitting targets / earning commission and celebrating your success each month!

The Candidate:
It is imperative you are confident, competitive, articulate and gregarious that can all be demonstrated through past sales achievements. We are looking for candidates who have given some serious thought to their career and have researched the recruitment market. Most of all, you must be prepared to work hard and be very money motivated- this is a job where people earn c40-70k in their second year!!

We are actively recruiting within our Commercial Accountancy, Accountancy Practice, General Insurance and Sales divisions, although candidates from all markets will be considered. We would also be very interested to speak to recruiters with IT, Legal, Generalist and Oil & Gas backgrounds, to set up new divisions.

Additionally we will also consider ambitious, professional and sales driven candidates who are looking to move into Recruitment.
