Our client is a rapidly expanding food sector manufacturer, with a global presence.

Due to constant expansion, they are looking for a Beverage Application Technologist to increase their market offering and maintain their investment in R&D.

Candidates with the following experience are sought:
� Will be Responsible for maintaining and updating flavour library and raw materials
� Screen flavours/ingredients in various applications bakery, savoury, confectionary, beverages
� Be In charge of own projects
� Prepare samples to send to customers and exhibitions
� Formulate recipes
� Interact daily with other departments including enquiries, samples
� Report daily to the managing director with updates on how projects are going
� Will keep up to date with new consumer trends and new product launches
� Will be in charge of general housekeeping of the lab
