I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR Recruitment Administrator for an immediate start in the Witham area.

The successful candidate must have experience of managing the recruitment process either from a HR team or recruitment agency perspective. You will be the main point of contact for Managers in liaising with candidates, posting jobs, arranging Interviews, building and maintaining relationships with agencies and the full candidate process.

This is an initial 3 month contract with the intention to go Permanent.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Advertising vacancies internally and externally and liaising with recruitment agencies.
• Organising and conducting telephone and face to face first interviews with applicants.
• Booking successful candidates from first interviews onto the next stage in the recruitment process and
• Send relevant correspondence to successful and unsuccessful candidates.
• Organising and conducting Interviews & other assessment (where required)
• Liaising weekly with the relevant recruiting managers regarding the status of vacancies.
• Keeping detailed records and producing weekly reports on recruitment activities.
• Completing relevant recruitment administration tasks such as; conducting reference check, CRB checks and providing constructive feedback to the candidates.

RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Graduate with previous experience working within an HR department, involved in conducting interviews, recruitment and previous experience of coordinating recruitment end to end.
• Have previously worked as a recruitment administrator or come from a recruitment agency background or worked as part of a resourcing team.
• Certificate in Personnel Practice or CIPD qualified with Microsoft Office skills, in particular this work will necessitate working with Outlook, Word and Excel. Other MS Office experience would also be beneficial.
• This is a very busy and challenging role. Candidates must be highly organised with excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise and organise own work load.
