Cameron James Recruitment is currently working with a well-established SME company in the Reading area. They are now looking for a strong Finance Manager to manage a small finance team and report to board.

Responsibilities include:

• Producing monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations on all bank accounts
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Produce all sales invoices
• Produce the monthly debtor reports, monitor payment terms and work with the finance manager.
• Assisting with the year-end and Audit
• Supervise and support the finance team
• Assist end of year payroll

You will be AAT Qualified, Part Qualified or Qualified by experience. You will need to have experience in managing and motivating a small finance team. Candidates will be self-starters who are accustomed to working in fast paced and demanding environments. You will need to have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. It is essential that you have used Sage Line 50 and that you have worked in all round role, preferably within the SME Sector.
