We are working with a leading and well established services based company and they are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisor's to join one of their key departments.

These roles are an immediate need and offer a start date within the next 2-3 weeks, so candidates will need to be either immediately available or can start on short notice.

Adviser's will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey including arranging appointments for sales, surveys, arranging finance and installation's, through to communicating with the customer at all points along the journey.

Key experience required;

Experience of working within a customer service centre environment
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service skills
Experience of dealing with high volume, multi-channel customer queries
Attention to detail (100% accuracy - data entry)
Target orientated, Willingness to learn and a great team player with a flexible approach to work
