We are now looking to continue our expansion by growing our General Insurance division with the addition of either an experienced Consultant or a Trainee that has ideally spent time in the insurance industry. For sales focused candidates we offer an un-capped bonus scheme, high OTE for hard workers, plus opportunities to move up the career ladder.

As a General Insurance Recruitment Consultant, you will be joining an established team and moving in to a warm desk within a strong niche market. Whilst full training is given to those without market experience, you will need to be self-motivated and able to manage your own time as it will be up to you to develop the desk and build up a profitable client base.

It is imperative you are confident, competitive, articulate and gregarious that can all be demonstrated through past sales achievements. We are looking for candidates who have given some serious thought to their career and have researched the recruitment market. Most of all, you must be prepared to work hard and be very money motivated- this is a job where people earn c40-70k in their second year!!
