What will I be doing on a day to day basis£

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be given all the training and support required to learn your sector and approach the recruitment market. You will be responsible for speaking to finance professionals, screening them on behalf of your clients` requirements and gaining their interest. The role will also involve cold calling, building relationships and networking with potential clients, selling your services. The role is very fast paced with targets needing to be met but offer great financial incentives in return!
