Job Information

My client, an established accountancy practice, are now looking for an experienced IFA administrator to join their small but productive financial services team.

They provide holistic financial planning advice to HNW private clients and corporate entities. The continued expansion of the business has created a need for an additional professional administrator to join the team.

Duties Include:

Dealing with all day to day client administration
Maintaining client files and data
Obtaining illustrations, valuations and other information, etc.
Processing and tracking applications and fund switches
Processing information onto Standard Life Wrap
Liaising with clients and providers
Operating within the compliance and corporate standards of the business

They are a busy practice specifically looking for someone with a strong IFA support background, ideally with experience of working on the Standard Life Wrap and Intelligent Office, however this is not essential.

Part or full FPC 1, 2 & 3 or CF1-5 would be an advantage

In return the client is offering a salary c. £25k, negotiable, plus benefits.
