Cameron James Professional Recruitment is currently working with world market leading brand who are recruiting for a Supply Chain Accountant for their head office based south of Middlesborough. My client is going through exceptional growth and this role will offer a career path with progression though their exciting growth plans.

The purpose of the role is to provide robust, accurate and timely financial information to the Factory Management for the production site and the head office. This will include weekly and period reports, forecasts, budgets and project information.

In addition to this, the incumbent will also provide a full costing service to the business for its new product development process and ad hoc commercial projects as well as taking control of the capital reporting and forecasting

Factory Management will rely heavily on this person to help them understand their financial results and forecast and as such a strong business partner ethos is required along with the necessary analytical, communication and persuading skills.

Responsibilities and duties will include;

? Weekly reporting; Prepare weekly financial reports for 2 factories for inclusion into the overall supply chain.
? Co-ordinate the preparation of the overall Supply Chain Weekly Report
? Month end preparation for 2 sites including analysis
? Prepare fixed asset report
? Forecasting; P&L reporting for 2 sites including risks & opportunities and Variance analysis,
? Budget Preparation; Present along with business partner to Head of operations and Head of Supply Chain Finance with all relevant analysis
? Prepare Standard Costs in SAP for the following year’s budget providing detailed analysis of movements in standard costs by each element
? Costing; Prepare costings for inclusion into the New Product Development screen packs within the agreed process
? Capital Reporting
? Project Analysis
? Ad hoc projects

The ideal candidate will be CIMA, ACCA Qualified with excellent Excel skills. You will have good communication skills the strong influencing skills.
