My client - based in the Westhoughton, Bolton area - is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk with immediate availability. The brand new role offers the right candidate an opportunity to be a part of a small team within a nationwide company. This varied position will report to the Financial Controller.

Key duties:
• Processing and authorising incoming purchase ledger invoices
• Dealing with payment queries
• Creating new vendors on SAP software
• Providing administrative support to the Financial Controller
• Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Review accruals in SAP

Ideal candidate:
• 2+ years’ experience in a Purchase Ledger role
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office
• Great communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and professional
