My client - based in the Westhoughton, Bolton area - is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk with immediate availability. The brand new role offers the right candidate an opportunity to be a part of a small team within a nationwide company. This varied position will report to the Financial Controller.Key duties:
Processing and authorising incoming purchase ledger invoices
Dealing with payment queries
Creating new vendors on SAP software
Providing administrative support to the Financial Controller
Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Review accruals in SAP
Ideal candidate:
2+ years experience in a Purchase Ledger role
Working knowledge of SAP
Good understanding of Microsoft Office
Great communication skills
Reliable, punctual and professional
