We are working with an established Accountancy Practice based in the Teesside area and they are looking for an Experienced Qualified Accountant to join the business.

Reporting into the partners, the role will be focused on 70% Audit, 25% Accounts and 5% Tax.

With main focus on the audit side of the business, for this role candidates must have proven audit experience. In this role you will be responsible for providing on-site management of each audit assignment in an efficient and effective manner. You will ensure that your clients receive a quality service in all aspects of audit delivery.

Key aspects of the role will involve;

•Leading and overseeing audits
•Managing and coach junior member of staff
•Liaison with the client throughout- including planning a risk based audit approach and design audit tests
•Deliver value to the client by providing knowledge, ideas and solutions for improving the business
•Providing the client with recommendations and ensure the technical correctness and presentational standards of client deliverables
•Managing a portfolio of clients, including full accounting services and building long term relationships

For this role candidates must be fully qualified ACCA/ ACA and have proven experience working in a similar role.
