My client a very exclusive 5 star business resort is looking for a Payroll Administrator/Purchase Ledger clerk to job share on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very exclusive company and to work in very beautiful settings.Previous experience of working in the Hospitality industry is essential.
Processing and administering of monthly payrolls for permanent and casual staff
Management reporting
Statutory filings (RTI, P14, P11D, PAYE, P45,P46 and Car)
Creating of month end payroll journeys
Undertaking monthly and year end reconciliations
Investigating payroll and reporting actual against budgets
Maintaining appropriate records with regards to staff absences
Posting of Purchase Ledger invoices
Reconciling supplier accounts
Dealing with queries
Investigating discrepancies
You must have a minimum of 3 years experience, able to work on Microsoft Excel to high level and have experience of working with Sage Payroll and Sage Line 50.
My client is looking to pay up to Β£21,000 with free onsite parking available.
