My client, based in the Witham area, is looking for a Resident Liaison Coordinator to join their growing team. This position, in an independent energy efficiency company, has been created to facilitate the smooth running of projects and to build/maintain relationships. This means great communication and customer service skills are a must. The varied role will report into the Senior Project Administrator.

Main duties:
• Consult with residents and explain scope/nature of work intended
• Visiting residents when required
• Customer complaint resolution
• Inform site team of any special needs
• Participate in site and team meetings
• Co-ordinate resident choices
• Liaise and work with client resident liaison representative

Ideal candidate:
• Previous experience in similar role
• Clean driving licence
• Excellent customer service/communication skills
• Good Administration skills
• Attention to detail & flexible approach to work

This role will suit someone who has an ability to remain calm under pressure and can build relationships up with both residents and clients.
