I am currently recruiting for a HR Recruitment Intern for a global organisation based in CoventryThe purpose of the role is to support the Head of Recruitment in delivering the 2014 which support the companies talent attraction and retention strategy and promote the companies employer brand.
This is an initial 3 month contract which could be extended and the successful candidate must be available to start immediately.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Take a key role in the development and deployment of content for all digital channels ensuring effective brand alignment and communication of career opportunities, including engagement with passive candidates and brand awareness building activity (Includes content on careers website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and any other future developments)
Working closely with businesses and brands to ensure coordination of content and excellent external representation of opportunities within the company.
Propose and develop solutions that ensure that all potential employees have an effective journey and experience through multi-channels as appropriate
Coordinate specific 2014 / 2015 resourcing campaigns, e.g. graduate recruitment, apprenticeship opportunities
Develop central response management process
Develop reporting for use of digital channels (eg. Website metrics, source to hire reports etc.)
Working with the Head of Recruitment, internal stakeholders and third party suppliers, take a key project role in the optimisation of the internal jobs system
Contribute to the review and further development of other on-line career management tools
Data/content review and collection (e.g. job profiles, employee video testimonials)
Formatting of site content
Liaison with third party website support
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Preferably educated to degree level or with equivalent, relevant experience
Experience of multi-channel sourcing techniques or brand/marketing communications - ideally with proven experience of managing integrated campaigns and/or content generation
Experience of HR resourcing systems, their development and management
Experience of partnering with multiple stakeholders, including third party suppliers
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Good analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to project management
Experience of working within a multi-site organisation is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and influencers.
