Our client is a rapidly expanding food sector manufacturer, with a global presence.

Due to constant expansion, they are looking for a Beverage Application Technologist to increase their market offering and maintain their investment in R&D.

Candidates with the following experience are sought, with the key duties being;

Responsible for maintaining and updating flavour library and raw materials
Screen flavours/ingredients in various applications bakery, savoury, confectionery, beverages
Be In charge of own projects
Prepare samples to send to customers and exhibitions
Formulate recipes
Interact daily with other departments including enquiries, samples
Report daily to the managing director with updates on how projects are going
Will keep up to date with new consumer trends and new product launches
Will be in charge of general housekeeping of the lab
Experience in Microsoft Office packages also essential.
The role would best suit a recent graduate with one to three years experience in the sector.
