A Leeds based insurance intermediary is seeking experienced Insurance Advisor's in both a sales and service capacity.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Advisor's will deal with customers over the phone regarding their personal insurance policies. The team has roles in both sales and retention but it is likely all members of the team will be cross-trained so they become multi-skilled. The successful candidates will work towards a range of targets which contribute towards bonus potential.

Ideal applicants for this role will have a strong Personal Lines background, in particular knowledge of Motor insurance. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to pay high attention to detail are a must. Candidates will also be considered from an insurance call-centre or broker backgrounds.
