My client is seeking to appoint a Commercial Financial Controller / Manager, partnering alongside the Managing Directors in providing strategic support at a successful, ambitious and passionate SME business. The Finance Controller / Manager will be responsible for:

� Work in progress.
� Project cost analysis.
� Preparation of the Management and Statutory accounts
� Support all the commercial decision making of the business
� Provide robust management information to Senior Management and Board
� Review the financial reporting process and systems
� Have considerable input into the day to day operations and long term strategy of the business
� Oversee the finance team, dealing with the management reporting and financial controls
� Oversee the budget and long range planning proposals
� Provide input into key decision making around investments and commercial proposals
� Ensure that the company meets its financial and legal responsibilities.

Applicants for this role:
� Must either have proven experience at the similar level within a Construction / building company.
� Will demonstrate excellent communication skills
� Have strong commercial acumen
� ACCA / ACA or CIMA Qualified or QBE.
