Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with a International Manufacturing company who are looking to appoint a stand-alone HR Advisor to help devise, implement, support and monitor the implementation of Human Resources strategies and plans for the UK arm of the Company.
The HR Advisor will advise Directors and Senior Management on the implementation of HR Policies and Practices for continued organisational development.

Responsibilities:
• To manage and proactively resolve all aspects of the employee life cycle within the level of experience. This includes resourcing, attendance, performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Assist with change programmes
• To ensure best practice is followed by providing effective professional HR advice and guidance in line with current legislation and company policies and procedures.
• To develop the HR function in improving HR management as measured by HR KPIs.
• To provide professional HR support and advice
• Sharing best practice within the Company.
• Produce HR related reports as required.
• Develop and implement HR systems and reports to ensure accurate management of information
• Prepare HR and Payroll documentation accurately and efficiently.

Person Specification:
• Will have experience as a member of a HR Department.
• Have knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Will be of Graduate-level education and ideally CIPD qualified or working towards the CIPD qualification.
• Will have effective communication and influencing skills with a tactful and diplomatic disposition.
• Will be able to liaise with people at all levels both within and outside the organisation.
• Will enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
• Will be a team player.
• Will have an excellent level of computer literacy and experience in HR systems.
