Supply Chain Business Analyst
Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Business Analyst to join a growing team of Business Analysts, responsible for delivering new and improved business processes and system solutions. Business Analysts will have an opportunity to engage in discussions with Global Process Owners and have an active role in delivering transformational process improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Partner with the Supply Chain Global Process Owner (GPO) to design and implement the desired target operating model
• Conduct process design workshops to define process changes & gaps between ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process across various locations
• Engage with other functional stakeholders to understand required process improvements that impact Material Management & Production Planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in business processes across the supply chain function
• Participate in transformation initiatives within the Supply Chain function
• Develop process training material and ensure process and system (SAP) knowledge is embedded across the Supply Chain function.
• Support process queries from Business Users/Super Users of SAP.
• Partner with third party system integrators to define specific system requirements required to support transformation initiatives
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure system governance is maintained
• Ensure Supply chain system and business processes are adequately documented

Required Skills and Experience
• Degree (BS or MS) required in Engineering or Science discipline. MBA and/or APICS certification a distinct advantage.
• Experience in a supply chain role within a manufacturing operations environment.
• High level of understanding of SAP (Functional) Materials Management (MM) & Production Planning (PP) functions.
• Continuous improvement approach experience in previous roles
• Ability to collaborate and operate with project teams team remotely across multiple time zones.
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good communication Skills
