My client, a specialist in architectural metalwork, is looking for an accountancy candidate to join their growing team. This company, based in the West London area, is wanting someone who is looking for a change a director with their career. The position is for someone to use their previous accountancy knowledge to train up as a Quantity Surveyor.

Main duties:
- Preparing tender and contractual documents
- Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance work
- Perform risk and value management
- Cost control
- Predict and analyse outcomes
- Write detailed progress reports

Ideal candidate:
- 2/3 years’ experience in an accounts environment
- Educated to degree level
- Looking for a change of career
- Mathematical mind

This role is best suited to someone who is has trained in accountancy and has practical experience but is open to something a little different. For this role, my client is offering a salary of up to £25,000 dependent upon experience.
