Job Information

Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with a National Facilities organisation who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a permanent basis to be based in their Sheffield offices.
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment policy for the company including drawing up of advertisements, job descriptions and interviewing for key positions
• Training and consultancy assistance to the Regional and Head Office Managers in

HR matters
• Development and implementation of HR strategy
• Ensuring all staff are appraised on a regular basis
• Managing all company disciplinary, grievance and ER matters
• Occasional requirement to hold disciplinary or disciplinary appeal hearings
• Advising relevant parties on Employment Law matters
• TUPE (both in and out)
• Monitoring and confirming monthly payroll
• Ensuring day-to-day HR procedures are carried out including inductions, sickness monitoring, holiday monitoring, SIA training and applications and internal communications
• Working closely with suppliers for NVQ training and Apprenticeships
• Working closely with Senior Managers and Directors including production of KPI information, attendance at Senior Managers meetings etc.

Person Specification:
• Be CIPD qualified or equivalent
• Have experience of generalist HR operations
• Have experience of working on multi-site locations
• Have excellent IT skills
• Be confident with ability to persuade and influence
• Be a well organised multi-tasker
• Have excellent communication skills; good written and spoken English
• Have a full driving licence as there will be occasional travel to sites
