An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join my clients finance team based in Denby, Derbyshire on a 10 month maternity cover contract. This is a very hands-on, varied role that will include working closely with a Ledger Clerk to undertake a range of duties whilst reporting to the Financial Accountant.

Main duties:
- Take responsibility of all aspects of Credit Control
- Maximising on time, in full payments
- Completion of all month end processes
- Establishing credit limits
- Opening new accounts
- Chasing outstanding debts via telephone, email and fax
- Instigating litigation processes where required
- Allocation of incoming payments

Ideal candidate:
- 3 years’ experience in Credit Control
- Working knowledge of Oracle system
- Experience of asset based invoice discounting
- Team player with great communication skills

This role will suit someone who is a strong, experience Credit Controller wanting to gain experience within an international company.
