Our client is a leading national Insurance Broker based in the Lancaster area. They are currently looking to assign an Experienced, Commercial Insurance Office Manager to their busy and fast paced head office.

Following a period of significant team building, the successful applicant will be responsible for running their own portfolio of clients, whilst assisting in the day to day running of the commercial office.

Applicants must have experience in running a small to medium sized team with duties including allocation of workloads, dealing with technical enquiries and ensuring compliance. It is important that applicants have a customer service focused approach and are able to lead by example. Aside from management experience it is essential that candidates have a broad range of Commercial Insurance knowledge, a proven management record and ideally be Dip CII qualified or above.
