My client, a leading group in the Jewellery sector, is looking for an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their fast-paced team. This position, based in the Westminster area, will be focused upon all aspects of the purchase ledger. Working as part of a larger team, this position reports into the Accounts Payable Manager.

Main duties:
• Inputting and coding invoices and credit notes
• Timely authorisation
• Maintain accurate logs
• Ensure timely payments in accordance with terms
• Reconcile supplier accounts
• Assist with month end
• Process credit card returns

Ideal candidate:
• 2 years’+ experience in Purchase Ledger
• AAT qualified
• Experience of Navision
• Advanced Excel skills
