Part Time Account Manager / Leeds / Permanent / Salary / c £19,000 (Full Time Equivalent)

Our fantastic rapidly expanding Leeds based client is looking to appoint an Account Manager to their successful team.

This offers an immediate start for the successful candidate but equally my candidate will wait for the right candidate. Duties and responsibilities will include:

• To deal directly with customers/suppliers either by telephone and email
• To respond to customer queries promptly
• Record to understand relevant information to resolve customer queries
• To provide delivery and pricing information
• To organise workflow
• Manage administration procedures
• Liasie with internal departments

Strong customer service experience is essential for this role.

My client offers a 30 hour working week with hours to suit the individual.
