Job Information

My client based in Central London is currently looking for a Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis. The company itself is a well-known company that is busy with continued growth.

You must have a bubbly outgoing personality who is used to dealing a high volume of calls or a queries. Speaking a European language will be an advantage.

� Management of 300 live accounts
� Undertaking all outbound debt collection via telephone and email
� Answering all inbound telephone and email queries
� Reconciling accounts
� Answering all customer correspondence
� Allocating cash
� Preparing and posting of journals
� Creating of invoices and credit notes daily
� Credit checking and carrying out references
� Working closely with the billings team
� Negotiating repayment terms
� Issuing letters when payments are not forthcoming
� Credit referencing
� Any ad hoc reports

The client is looking to pay up to c£28,000 depending upon experience.
