My client is currently looking for a purchase ledger clerk to join their team on a permanent basis based in West London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that has seen huge growth in the last 12 months.

The company is a very well-known exclusive brand and is looking for someone that can hit the ground running, so previous experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

£ Running the purchase ledger function
£ Matching, batching and coding invoices
£ Posting cheques to the ledger
£ Ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase invoices
£ Arranging weekly payment runs and payments on demand
£ Dealing with company credit cards
£ Processing credit card limits, monitoring and processing expenses
£ Ensuring VAT is correct
£ Dealing with enquiries from suppliers and other departments
£ Assisting with month end duties
£ Stock related reports and reconciliations
£ Reconciling supplier statements

Offering competitive rates of pay up to £27,000 per annum with some good company benefits.
