Job Information

A well-established, ambitious company who regularly work with some of the biggest brands in the UK are looking for an experienced, CIPD qualified (preferable but not essential) HR Administrator.

Main responsibilities include:

- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Annual leave / absence / sickness management
- Any other general office administration

You will need:

- Strong administration skills
- A high level of confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The flexibility and willingness to learn
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
