My client is looking for a Management Accountant on a 6 - 9 month contract to start immediately.

Do you have manufacturing experience£ Are you CIMA/ACCA Qualified or part qualified£ Can you work under pressure and to tight deadlines£

I am looking for candidates who can hit the ground running.

You will have two people reporting into you so managerial experience is essential.

Key Duties will include:

* Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Providing oversight into the management of company's inventory systems, ensuring that the ledger
* Preparing monthly operating statistics and reports
* Preparing rolling quarterly profit forecast
* Coordinating and compiling budgets and strategic plans
* Implementing and operating margin protection reporting system
* Preparing and posting audit appraisal of major capital projects
* Coordinating stock takes and preparing final valuations and statistics
* Overseeing sales invoicing, costing, purchase invoice matching and works order variance reporting.
* Analysis support

Strong Excel skills are essential including VLook ups and Pivot tables
