My client is an established and growing SME within the financial services sector and they are looking for a Newly Qualified Financial Accountant.

Reporting into the CFO and the Finance Manager this varied and fast paced role will include the following duties:

� Preparing the monthly management reports and circulating these to the Board and Group
� Carrying out day-to-day financial accounting and reconciliations
� Preparing financial information required to relevant third parties
� Assisting in the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax returns
� Being involved in various new and ongoing projects, which include new product developments
� Handling ad-hoc requests from the board and group
� Coaching junior members of staff

Key competencies & personal skills

� Strong reconciling skills and ability to take ownership of each line item
� Experience in dealing with third party service providers
� Strong organisational skills required to meet strict deadlines
� Strong Microsoft Excel skills
� A positive, ambitious and motivated attitude,
� Willing to take on responsibility.
� Ability to communicate clearly about finance matters

For this role it is essential that candidates are Newly Qualified- ACCA/ACA/CIMA and have a proven 3 years� experience in a similar role. Working in busy and dynamic environment, it is essential that candidates have strong communication skills and are confident dealing with people across the business.
