Our client is a leading, national Broker based in the Birmingham area. They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Claims Handler to join their team.

The role requires candidates to have a strong background in commercial claims, being experienced in handling their own case load from first notification of loss through to settlement.

Key responsibilities include dealing with clients directly as well as speaking with insurers on a daily basis and negotiating where necessary.

Strong organisation skills are essential, as well as being self motivated and customer service focussed.

Cert CII qualifications are desirable but not essential.
