Job Information

I am currently looking for a fantastic candidate for a client I am working with.
You should be able to provide a secretarial service to the team and will be reporting to the Corporate manager. You will be able to co-ordinate all fee earners workloads and prioritise it as required.

You will also be able to do the following:
- Type correspondence by copy and audio
- Compile draft replies to standard letters
- Ensure all correspondence and documents are produced to the highest standard and in line with the firm’s house style
- Liaise with the document centre regarding the production of documents
- Open manual and electronic post, receive and answer communications as directed
- Screen incoming calls, assist clients with enquiries where possible
- Organise the filing, client generated and administrative, e-filing and paper filing, and maintain a comprehensive filing and document management system.
- Undertake scanning and copying or co-ordinate through the general office.
- Schedule appointments, both internally and externally using the electronic diary
- Book meeting rooms, arrange lunches, travel arrangements, etc
- Prepare partner’s monthly expense claims
- Produce accounting information from the accounts system, prepare pre-bills, draft invoices and complete all accounts forms

You MUST have 3-5 years experience in a Corporate Legal Secretary role.
