My client, a property development company, is searching for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This position, based in the Stanmore area, takes on the responsibility of the accounts and must maintain to a very high standard. Working in a team of two, this role reports into the Managing Director.

Main duties:
� Raising rent charges and sending tenant demands
� Posting supplier invoices
� Cheque/BACS payments
� Liaising with property management
� Processing tax payments
� Taking accounts to trial balance
� Processing payroll
� Profit & loss reporting

Ideal candidate:
� 6+ years� in a Bookkeeper position
� Experience of working in the construction industry
� Practical use of QuickBooks
� Understanding of SDLT issues
� Intermediate Excel skills : V Lookups & Pivot Tables

This role will suit someone who is capable of taking sole responsibility of a busy accounts department. For this position, my client is offering a salary of up to £45,000 as well as other benefits.
