Job Description
Responsible for providing efficient professional support to an Adviser/Director of the company.
dealing with clients of the business in a non-regulated capacity
obtain information and research client recommendations prior to report completion
generate cash-flow models and present findings to Director (eventually direct to client). Full training on Voyant cash-flow software will be provided to ensure fluency
input and maintain information on the Companys IT systems including: Standard Life Wrap, Ascentric Wrap, Aveloetc
liaise with colleagues working with them closely to understand clients, workloads etc., prepare computer based valuations and reports, prepare renewal information, attend training courses as required by the Company and deal with any incoming telephone calls relating to above duties
Person Specification
The role is suitable for an experienced paraplanner with at least 3 years experience in the Financial Services industry and preferably holding or studying for appropriate Diploma qualifications i.e. CII Diploma or equivalent.Computer/word-processing skills are essential. Experience of completing research and reports for investment and pension scenarios preferred.
Good administration skills and working knowledge of Financial Services terminology and products expected.
Able to represent the Company in a professional manner during client meetings attended with Advisers
