My client based in London Docklands are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable to join there busy collections team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join and ever growing manufactures’.

Person Specification :

• 2-5 years’ experience
• Ideally from a high volume call or query environment
• Intermediate systems knowledge of Excel, work and Accountancy system experience
• Good communications skills and interpersonal skills are necessary for the role.

Key Duties

• Managing of approximately 300 live accounts
• Undertaking all outbound debt collection via telephone and email
• Answering all inbound telephone and email queries
• Account Reconciliations
• Answering all customer correspondences
• Allocating cash as required
• Preparing and posting of the journals
• Creating invoices and credit notes daily
• Working closely with other colleagues to resolve customer billing queries
• Working to targets set
• Credit checking and carrying out reference checks
• Assisting any other ad hoc reporting.
