We are recruiting for an Account Executive for our client, a major supplier to the Technology sector.

The role would best suit a recent graduate with experience in Supply Chain techniques as the role involves a great deal of Stock Management and Inventory Control.

Below is more information of specific roles and responsibilities;

Main Purpose:
To deliver an effective Account Management support function as allocated. To assist in the management and daily running of Accounts in conjunction with all other team members. To liaise with, Sales, Production and Client Services team managing the daily requirements of Account Management as a support role.

Main Duties:
• Support of Account Management whilst training for Account Management role.
• In conjunction with Account Managers, manage the customer order process, stock movement and inventory accuracy.
• To ensure invoices are raised against purchase orders.
• To ensure agreed schedules are adhered to by Production Departments.
• To liaise with Account Managers and Client Services Director on allocation and throughput of work.
• Setting personal objectives and identifying personal training needs.
• Follow Company Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Procedures

Key Criteria
• Must possess a Degree, preference will be given to a related discipline e.g. Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Demonstrable knowledge of stock/inventory or logistics control within a customer facing environment
• Proficient computer skills, especially the Microsoft Office package
