My client, based in the Waterloo area, is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their growing team. This position, within a property management company, is a vital to the department and combines accountancy functions as well administration duties. Within a team of four, this position reports in the Property Accountant.

Main duties:
• Inputting sales and purchase ledger invoices
• Processing payments (BACS)
• Reconciliations
• Dealing with petty cash
• Credit control
• Assisting with Payroll
• Assisting with HR duties (updating records & recruitment assistance)
• Ad hoc administration

Ideal candidate:
• 2+ years’ in a Finance Administrator role
• Experience of working on Payroll
• Proficient with MS Office : particularly Excel
• Working knowledge of Sage

This role is going to be best suited to someone who is looking to prove themselves in a busy finance department with the option to progress in the future.
