MyRushton based client is looking for a management accountant to start a 6 month contract ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy finance team -although the role is initially to help with a busy workload should you excel within the role then there is potential for this to be a permanent opportunity.
Ideally looking for candidates who are studying/part qualified/passed finalist/aat
Duties will include:
* Preparing monthly management Accounts
* Preparing Accounting records for Year End
* Working closely with the FD to prepare budgets and forecasts
* Liaising with IT team regarding system development
* Various ad hoc duties
Candidates must have previous experience within a similar role and be a car owner/driver due to location.
Systems used are Microsoft Dynmaics Great Plains so experience with this is an advantage but not essential. Strong Excel skills are essential.
Candidates must be immediately available or on one weeks notice as the need is immediate.
