Job Information

My client is looking for a Financial Controller on a part time basis based in West Thurrock. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking for part time flexible hours of up to approximately 20 hours per week.

The role will include but not be limited to:

* Overseeing the running of the Finance Department (team of 5)
* Supporting the MD and Directors
* ProvidingFinancial Advice and Strategy
* Producingthe monthly management accounts
* Producingthe statutory requirements
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Managingthe monthly payroll
* Managingcash book, cash flow and banking
* Month end reporting
* Sales invoicing
* Maintaining fixed asset register
* Producingall sales invoices
* Produce the monthly debtor reports, monitor payment terms and work with the finance manager.
* Year-end and Audit

Sage 50 payroll is essential so please only apply if you have experience with this Accounting system

Candidates must be qualified in either ACCA/CIMA/equivalent

This is a part time role and the client is flexible on whether you prefer 5 half days or 3 full days

Based on a full time salary of £45 - £55k / pro rated to £27,500
