My client that works in the Construction sector is looking for a candidate to start immediately on a 3 - 6 month contract to work in a busy accounts team that will be assisting with an internal audit
Candidates must have strong attention to detail and be able to look through historical data and able to spot missing information / inaccurate records.
The systems used are Sage 50, and Sage Construction and Excel therefore ideally you will have Sage experience and Excel is essential (vlook ups and pivot tables) as you will be extracting data and creating reports.
The duties will include:
* Reviewing historical data
* Producing reports
* Analysing information
* Finding any anomalies and resolving
* Reading reports and extracting relevant information
* Matching and batching ofinvoices
* Going through WIP
* Purchase and sales ledger
* Liaising with various departments
This is ideal for someone who has a couple of years experience within accountsand candidates must have ameticulous approach. This position is to start immediately so please only apply if you are immediately available to start work.
The company has parking available and driving is easiest but there is a train station within 10 - 15 minutes walk
