Job Information

I am currently recruiting for a Team Assistant to join a financial services organisation in London.

This is a permanent position for an experienced Administrator to join a small financial services organisation near Moorgate. The successful candidate will have worked in a similar position and have at least a B or aboveGCSE in English and Maths.

They must have excellent organisational skills, be a clear communicator and be able to evidence that you are able to successfully multitask.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain staff files including holidays requests
• Greeting visitors, providing refreshments for meetings and making lunch bookings
• Answering and screening calls and taking accurate messages
• Use of Sage50 Accounts to document staff expenses and invoices
• Maintaining stationery and ink levels as well as general office supplies
• Arranging couriers, sorting post & deliveries
• Booking travel & accommodation for business trips
• Printing & binding documents for the team
• Help organise events
• Other ad hoc duties to support the team

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• At least grade B in Mathematics and English Language GCSE.
• Strong organisational, communication and time management skills
• A quick learner who can work both independently and in a team
• A competent Microsoft Office user : Outlook, Excel & Word
• Previous administrative experience desirable
