Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with a Global Marketing organisation who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to offer project support for a major transition programme for a Fixed Term Contract for initially 3 months:

Responsibilities:

� Full transition/implementation plan & delivery
� Full communication plan and coordination
� Manager coordination and advice
� Risk mitigation (disengagement, tribunal claims, redundancies etc)
� Meeting coordination, delivery and follow up
� Documentation issue and close down

Person Specification:

� Ability to maintain employee engagement through a change programme
� Experience of providing significant support to Operations functions. This is particularly in relation to creation of the job descriptions and gap analysis tasks
� Experience of delivering phased implementation to meet operational change needs timelines.
� Ability to embed change effectively
� Ability to maintain delivery of HR �business as usual� support.
