Our client is a highly respected Independent insurance Broker based in Leeds city centre who has now due to continued expansion has a position available for a Commercial Claims Manager.

The role is a new position where you will be handling the brokerages claims which will be approximately 60% Motor and 40% other commercial classes.

As you will be the first person in this new position you will be able to use your experience to develop the role.

You will be handling the claims from first notification and will be liaising with the Account Directors, Insurers and the clients until settlement.

• Experience of claims handling in a Broker environment would be advantageous.
• Ability to communicate well with Insurers and clients is essential.
• IT Experience on the Acturis trading platform would be beneficial but not essential.
• An Excellent remuneration and benefits package is available for the correct candidate.
