Our client, based in Romford, specialises in the provision of wealth management and they are looking for a Paraplanner to join the team.In this role you will be supporting the consultant/MD in research and report writing in a compliant manner. Your main duties will include:Research of investment funds and financial productsPreparation of Reasons Why Letters and Reports
Suitability lettersPreparation of Investment Review and Annual Review ReportsUse of research systems such as The ExchangeRequesting Illustrations from providersProviding technical support to admin staff and advisersParticipation in sales meetingsMaintenance of technical and industry knowledge through attendance at seminars, studying for exams and readingIn order to be considered for the role you must be working in a similar role or have had previous experience as a Paraplanner. You must be CFP or FPC qualified or equivalent, ideally Diploma qualified but not essential, and have an excellent technical knowledge of Investment, Pension and Protection products.
