My client, a leader in specialist travel industry, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join their expanding team. This role, based in the Kilburn : London area, is focused upon providing customer service and knowledge to a very discerning client base. Working within a larger team, this role reports into the Managing Director.

Main duties:


• Dealing with all aspects of customer service from initial enquiry to post-stay contact
• Provide expertise on travel to clients
• Update all web content on resorts
• Manage all post sales administration
• Perform to sales and service targets
• Assist with social media campaigns


Ideal candidate:


• Prior experience in a luxury travel/customer service role
• Experience on computerised booking and reservation systems
• Personal knowledge of health and well being
• Strong negotiation skills


This role will suit someone who is wanting to build upon previous travel and customer service experience within an established, growing company.
