Job Information

Our client an IFA network requires an Adviser Technology Office who is responsible for supporting the Adviser Technology Manager in all aspects of the department’s responsibilities. This includes training on the bespoke in-house adviser workstation tools to both internal and external individuals of the Network. The role is heavily I.T based, including supporting the integration of back office systems through data analysis and cleansing.


the role will be based at HO in Horsham but will require external travel.





6. Duties and Responsibilities


6.1 Answering member firm queries relating to the Workstation Tools


6.2 Data Analysis including Data Cleaning to root out erroneous data, Initial Analysis to assess the quality of the data and detailed Analysis to provide additional screening for purposes of back office integration


6.3 Delivering training for the workstation tools and processes, on appointment and on request, to ensure correct, efficient and effective implementation and ongoing usage


6.4 Assisting with regular upgrades and enhancements to the workstation tools.


6.5 Assisting with the configuration of the Workstation tools, including licence administration.


6.6 Ongoing maintenance of the Workstation tools


6.7 Composing and issuing periodical newsletters covering any aspect of the Adviser Workstation development and changes necessary for the adviser to operate the systems.


6.8 Assisting with composing and maintaining the necessary training manuals on all the workstation tools.


6.9 Look at how the functionality of systems can be developed for the users


6.10 To produce information and reports as requested


Experience/ Knowledge Required:





Full UK driving license


Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services with ability to demonstrate product awareness


Competent knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel


Experience with back office systems desirable : Intelliflo an advantage
