Job Information

My client is looking for someone to join their business in Wakefield for a new position within the team.


They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible so if you are immediately available and have relevant experience, please apply. Previous experience working in an Insurance environment is not essential but would be an advantage.


You would be reporting to the Administration and Finance Manager on a day to day basis.


Your main responsibilities would include:
• Credit Control : Chasing debt by telephone, email and letter
• Raising invoices
• Receipting of client monies
• Handling and resolving account queries
• Liaising with Account Managers an Insurers when needed
• General Administration


You should be able to work within a team but be able to use your own initiative to ensure all work is completed on a daily basis. You will need good English and Maths skills with a basic understanding of book keeping. You will need a good understanding on Microsoft Word including Excel, be able to meet tight deadlines and have strong customer service skills.


Knowledge of SSP Pure would also be a strong advantage.


My client is offering a salary of £15,000 - £17,500, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.


Working hours would be 37 hours per week Mon : Thurs 9am : 5.30pm and Fri 9am : 5pm.
