My client, an insurance broker based in Adlington seeks to hire a Commercial Insurance Advisor into their commercial motor trade division after experiencing recent growth.

Role Requirements

• Primarily an Account Management role of existing Commercial Motor Trade clients.

• Work in a fast paced environment where information needs to be uploaded accurately and efficiently

• Lead generate to secure new business

• Be the first point of contact for clients, answering any queries, claims notifications and complaints

• Handle MTA’s, renewals and new business quotations

• Chase up late payments and handle invoicing

• Most communication will be phone based

Candidate Requirements

• Insurance experience from a commercial division - ideally 1 years +, however strong schemes experience will be considered

• Insurance qualifications or work towards is desirable

• Educated, with good communication and negotiation skills

• An understanding of industry standards and regulations

• Generally a personable person, able to operate under pressure and to deadlines
