My client is a growing company based in Seacroft. They are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator/Receptionist for a permanent part time role.


They are wanting someone who can do the will be able to complete all reception duties as well as the full accounts assistant role.


Main duties would include:
• Promoting a positive and welcoming environment of the care village
• Dealing with all correspondence
• Taking minutes of meetings as required
• Telephone and reception duties
• Cashing up and banking all monies in liaison with the finance department
• Completing personal files for all new employees and keeping staff files up to date
• Liaising with Head Office and Finance Office as necessary
• Full accounts assistant role
• Bank reconciliation
• Processing invoices
• Answering calls
• Dealing with queries


Initially the role is for 20 hours however there is great scope for progression with the company as they are continuously expanding.


Interviews are taking place as soon as possible and they will be looking for someone to start as soon as possible also. The salary ranges from £18,000 - £20,000.
