My client, a well-established PI/RTA law firm based in West Yorkshire is currently looking for a Head of Department who has sound knowledge in Litigation. You must also have experience of non litigation files also. This role is ideal for a Paralegal with 3-4 years experience looking for the next step up in their career.


They are looking for someone who is dynamic and can work well under pressure. You should be confident giving advice to other team members and be able to think on your feet quickly.


You will lead a team and will drive them to achieve the best and keep them focused at all times. Depending on the current workload you may also have a small case load of claims that’s you will manage. The perfect candidate will be someone who has previous management or team leader experience within personal injury motor claims. You will be a team player, will go the extra mile, motivational and enjoys working in a fast pace office. You should be accurate in managing stats and able to get a team of people focused.


The working hours are 8am-5pm Mon- Fri.
